Covers businesses with up to 50 employees, including one person firms. Is open to all industries. Never targets an individual firm for a rate increase or cancellation. Offers a full range of benefits, including options normally reserved for 'big business'. Pools claims for price stability. The Chambers Plan includes a Pay Direct Prescription Drug Card Option.

You present the card for on-the-spot payment of drug benefits, while your prescription is filled. If your year-round business has been operating for at least 6 months, you're eligible to apply. While your firm is covered, it must be a member of one of 800 participating Chambers of Commerce and Boards of Trade. In firms with 3+ people, everyone under the age of 75 is guaranteed coverage.
